Some of the negative feedback on this idea is that they are confusing the customers with the shift and the changing of product names. Another problem is the concern that the businesses will not wan to open there pocket books and spend the necessary money to use these new and improved product. If nobody spends the money than the new IT tool will be of no use to anyone. The financial state of SAP is pretty consistent they have been steadily growing in market share and profit. The stocks of the company have been growing at a steady and consistent manner. Even when the economy was on a downward spiral SAP still maintain a strong 51 percent share hold in business solutions. In the past year, SAP has strengthened its role as the number one provider of business software and maintained strong earnings despite the economical ups and downs. In a difficult market, SAP managed to increase market share by 0.4 percent. This may seem like not that much, but represents amazing success compared to of all of Sap’s major competitors losing market share by an average of 30 percent and up to 67 percent (BM.com).
