The dawn of the Internet and a brave new world of technology has been driving change at a radical pace within the corporate environment. It is little wonder, then, that Cheese has been so hungrily consumed by individuals and organizations throughout North America. This 94 page book has become something of a phenomenon. The book provides a generic guide to managing change, told in a very simplistic manner from the point of view of two mice and two "littlepeople" living in a maze. Whilst one cannot deny that the message of Cheese is important-that we have to find ways to deal with, embrace and anticipate change in order to remain competitive, happy and successful-its delivery is a little more problematic.
