Our human body produces many hormones that are important to our body. Two glands in our brain that produce important hormones are the pituitary and the pineal glands, which is stored and secreted in the hypothalamus. Both sexes have 23 chromosomes that join during reproduction to create one full cell to make up 46 chromosomes. Males are differentiated from the females because they have an XY chromosome vs. the XX chromosome of the female with reference to their sex chromosome. Male secretes the hormones called testosterone, and the female secretes progesterone and estrogen. For this reason, physical changes affected by the release of hormones can be explained.
