Medicinal Marijuana Amendment
Marijuana was made federally illegal to grow, sell, buy or possess in the US in 1937 by the Marihuana Tax Act. ... There needs to be an amendment added to the United States constitution that repeals the unjust legality of medicinal marijuana because the benefits of this marijuana outweigh any side affects it may have.
