Select four individuals to describe. a) Dr. William C. Minor: a madman a genius and one in love with literary works. He suffered greatly during the course of this story. b) Dr. James Murray: A brilliant philologer and who contributed greatly to the making of the English Oxford Dictionary. c) Dr. Nicholson: Superintendent of the Broadmoor Criminal Lunatic Asylum. He was also a caring and attentive Doctor who cared for Minor’s needs. d) Eliza Merret: Visited Minor regularly in the BCLA regardless or his crime. She took him books, gave him company, and forgave minor for murdering her husband. 2) Select two significantly minor persons, and in at least two sentences for each describe him or her. a) George Merret: Influenced the creation of this book. Without intent on his part he set off the story of the completion of the EOD and Dr. Minor’s bestowal of about 10, 000 words. b) Ada Murray: Aided minor in his transport to America in his last years of life so he would be able to die in his homeland. 3) Select two main settings and in at least one paragraph describe each setting. Then explain the importance of the setting in the book.
