NANOOK OF THE NORTH Nonook and his family were lived in the north of the Canada. That area was mostly cover with heavy snow. The life in this area was very difficult. They made a big ice igloo for living and used small boats for moving. They wear very heavy clothes, jackets with double fir both inside and outside and long shoes. Men as well as women were very hard worker. Women made clothes at home with hands and the men going outside for hunt the animals, and fishes for food. In the summer when the snow melt than they hunt the different animals. People went to near river where the seals were sleeping outside the river, on them one people had a big hunting knife in his hand and moving slowly to wards these seals when he reach very near to these seals, most of the seals were run in the water, but he hit one seal for that knife, this seal also run in the water but with the help of other people he catch that seal.
