With the dawn of time boggling our minds, the world had come to two contrasting conclusions: The Evolution Theory and Creationism. What was once conventional truth, Creationism is now being put under fire by the escalating support for the Evolution Theory. The wall that was once the dividing line between human and ape is now collapsing down and illuminating the inevitable truth of the relationship of man to primate. Who is responsible for what we know about evolution? Could it be Charles Darwin, the Leakeys, or is it the educational system. For years, evolution has been taught in schools across the country and around the world. In the words of Texas Representative Tom Delay, “Our school systems teach our children that they are nothing more but glorified apes who evolutionized out of primordial mud.” With the skeletal findings of “Lucy,” Eosimias, and the discovery in July of Toumai (a new link of man to ape that changes parts of the evolution theory), the puzzle pieces of human ancestry seem to be falling into place.
