Character Analysis Brian is a thirteen year old boy who is stuck in the Canadian wilderness. More and more into the story he changes. He becomes more alert of things and sounds. Brian is a smart boy because he learns how to make a shelter and fire. Brian also learns how to catch food and save food in his own storage. He learns to survive in the woods. He gives up hope after a search plane he saw went away. Story Problem Brian gets stuck in the Canadian woods. Brian has to learn how to survive in the wilderness and how to get food. Brian has to learn how to capture food and save food for emergencies. He also has to make a shelter. He has to find a way to keep himself warm from the cold winter nights.
