The Physical Environment Sandy creek has had lots of man made changes to it to keep it running and it also runs through lots of pipes like the ones going through Indooroopilly state high school’s oval Sandy creek is not very healthy because there are not many living organisms in it and also because its high in turbidity. The Biological Environment Some of the producers in this habitat are algae, duckweed hairy bitter, and watercress weeds. Some scavengers will go to the bottom of the creek and search for dead food to scab. Most plant is very important to the creek to supply oxygen and food to the organisms and some of the organisms even live in the weeds and grasses.
