... Colleges shape the lives of young adults for the future, which is why the college selection process of most students is a vital decision.
In August of 1996 I started my first year at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in Miami. Contrary to my classmates, I chose to attend the all male Jesuit prep school. I was enthralled by the close community relationship with the Jesuits and classmates. It was evident almost immediately that the nonchalant attitude I expressed at my old school would not be accepted in the rigorous prep school classes and faculty of Belen.
