What is the deal with Pop?? The word “Pop”, what does it mean? Most people have a tough time understanding it. I look at pop and I understand it as everything that is popular on radio and on TV. Pop artists usually get put on a Pedi stool and we are supposed to believe that these people are invincible. We are spoon fed all of this information to try to sculpt what we like or dislike. Pop culture is something that we could all do with out. The way we think should not be up to someone else. There are a couple of things that bother me about Pop music. Music in general is a way for people to express themselves. Its kind of hard for most pop artists to express themselves when they don’t write there own music. You can’t call that talent, when you’re not even able to write your songs. How are you supposed to feel any real emotion in your music if you didn’t even write the words?
