Weekly Meetings: Weekly meetings/rehearsals will be held directly after the Monday CMM1102 tutorial and will run for approximately 45mins/ 1 hour. All team members are expected to not only attend each meeting but also contribute their ideas and opinions openly and participate in idea generation and discussions. Please note, during the weeks with no tutorials - Week 8 - 15/09/2003 and the following mid-semester break unit 22/09/2003- all members will be expected to meet between 10am and 12noon for a two-hour rehearsal. Non-attendance will be taken very seriously and it will be up to the group members whether they wish to place the member on probation or terminate them entirely. Agendas: Each week Aimee will bring in copies of an agenda for each member at the meeting. All members of the group are expected to have prepared in advance for the weekly meeting and have forwarded Aimee at least one agenda item/topic that they wish to raise at the meeting by the Friday morning (latest) prior to each meeting. This is an essential weekly task - see notes on distribution of responsibilities. Aimee shall then email out a final agenda to every group member by Friday afternoon to give members the weekend to prepare for the meeting. Minutes: Every group member is responsible for taking care of his or her own personal minutes/note taking from each meeting. Missed Meetings: As it is now Week 5 and our presentation is due in Week 9 we only have four meetings to prepare and rehearse. On this basis any team member without a valid reason should miss NO meetings. If a meeting is missed the member may, on majority vote of the group, be put on probation and lose marks toward the assessment. If a second meeting is missed he/she may, on majority vote of the group, be terminated. Allocation of marks: All marks to be shared equally unless probation/loss of marks rule is implemented see probation section. Probation/Loss of Marks: Grounds under which probation of a member may be necessary are as follows: The member misses one meeting and there is a majority vote within the group to place that member on probation.
