Transaction Processing System (TPS) is a computerized information system, which was developed to process numerous amounts of data. For routine of inventory it reduces the time required when perform manually although people still must put data. Inventory is the amount of product that kept on hand, to fulfill manufacturing to make the product and customers the final saleable product need.
The study is about analysis of the system of ACG Builder’s Centre, Inc.
Our group proposes a computerized for Sales and Inventory to satisfy the company and to eliminate the problems that identified. The system is sited for better understanding of the entire system. System follows the trends in business world today particularly in computerization process. ... At present the company is implementing the use of manual system regarding their inventory processing. ... relies on different system, which keeps them to determine if their business work is in a good term. ... Their inventory system is done by their personnel, which require great effort. ... For instance, updating the stocks sales and inventory means doing a physical check to the items and the company writes to the records, for the preparation of inventory reports is also a mess. A time consuming effort like this could be resolve by automated and computerized system.
