Along with changing times, the general populous alters from generation to generation. While people do not fundamentally change in abundance, many external factors play a role in varying generational attitudes. The eldest mature generation (people who risked their live in World War II) maintains their own political views concerning war, which differ significantly in comparison to their children’s generation the “Baby Boomers” (hippies protesting the Vietnam War). Members of the “Baby Boomer” generation near retirement, and the world’s fate fall upon Generation X (Gen-X) and the upcoming Generation Y (Gen-Y). Gen-X and Gen-Y differ in educational status, job opportunities, job security, and technology.
