PREAMBLE
The people of the United States have created and approved of the plan of government as described in this constitution.

The purpose of this constitution is to create a better union of states, to set up a uniform system of justice, to insure peace in the nation, to protect the nation from foreign invasion or attack, and to act on behalf of what is good for the whole nation.
The constitution will also serve to protect the rights of Americans that were won as a result of the American Revolution, and to ensure that descendants of these Americans will have the same protected rights. ...
