Introduction: I. Have you ever spoken with a member of the opposite sex, completed your discussion, and assumed that everything was understood, to find out later just the opposite? II. Let me give you a short example of the differences in the thought processes of men and women. Read: Her diary/His diary. How many of you out there can relate to this story? Thesis statement: The vision of equality between the sexes, and the fear of not being politically correct, has blurred the distinction between the two genders.
