Poker has become increasingly popular over the years, with shows appearing all over television, showcasing how the professionals play—this isn’t some home game—These television programs include the World Poker Tour, and the annual World Series of Poker, which offers 2 ½ million dollars to its champion each year. Most tournaments play a version of poker called no-limit Texas Hold’em, known as the Cadillac of poker. The common misconception of poker is that it is completely based upon luck. If this is true, then why do the same people reach the final table at the World Series of Poker every year? ...
