It’s a beautiful morning and the beginning of the week and Mike Larry (Will Smith) and Marquis Brunette (Martin Lawrence) are going out for a spin in Mike’s Porsche. While Mike is driving, Marquis is eating fries and a hamburger. Mike starts to complain that eating is not allowed in his car and when he finished, Marquis dropped a fry and Mike pulled over so he can pick it up. While they were arguing to guys in an old car roll up behind them and held them at gunpoint for their car. They told the two men that they are police officers but they didn’t believe them. So Marquis and Mike began to argue with each other to distract them the minute they put their gun down a little bit, they both punched them and arrested them. It’s nighttime and a van filled with Fake cops was headed to the police department. To distract the police they shot one of their fake cops and called 911 and told them that an officer was down. When they arrived to the police department no cops were there but the security guard at the front desk. So they entered through the ventilation system and stabbed him in the neck. Then they cut off all cameras for 5 minutes and managed to steel tons of heroin all throw the vents that led directly to the car. After the 5 minutes were up the camera’s turn back on automatically. The next morning Marquis wakes up and starts to eat breakfast and in the middle of his meal Mike comes along and starts to eat with him. While they were eating the phone rang and Teresa (Marquis’s wife) picked it up and it was a call for Mike. It was their boss telling Mike and Marquis to come to the police station. When they arrived they saw police lines everywhere and when they walked in they noticed the entire heroin was gone. Mike and Marquis were assigned to solve the case and they only had 72 hours to solve it before the FBI takes it over. So the first thing they do is go to JoJo who is a former drug dealer and a tire dealer, to ask him a couple of questions but it were useless. He didn’t know anything. So Mike and Marquis go to the boxing center where a good friend of Mike’s works. The minute they enter Mike’s friend Max is waiting at the door. Mike asked her to go to the back room to talk in private. Mike tells her what happened at the police station and asked her to notify him if she hears anything about the case. She agreed to help him out so they went back to the office and their secretary found information on a guy that knows and has the blue prints of the ventilation system. So they decide to go to his house. When they knocked on the door no one responded to the nock so they broke in. The minute they entered they pulled out their guns and asked if anyone was home no one responded so they kept on walking and then Marquis asked Mike if he farted but then they both realized and responded at the same time that it was a smell of a dead guy.
