Overall throughout the semester I have enjoyed PRT 595A. One of the strong points that really excited me about the course was the exercise we did in the beginning of the semester on outlining student and faculty expectations of the graduate school. The printed out summary sheet of those exercises really set the tone for the semester. I believe another aspect of the class I really enjoyed was the re-writing of student’s original goals. I believe this will help to keep the students focused on their goals. It will help to refine peer-editing skills for further thesis development.
