As far as appearances are concerned, I have read that as Tuners syndrome women as they age their webbed neck and low eyelids become less noticeable. But some resources suggest that the appearance characteristics of Tuners Syndrome are not present until puberty. ... But with further reading, Tuners syndrome if not detected early enough can lead to physiological complications as well. The internet site implicated the following complications:
