According to the ‘’Oxford Dictionary of Current English ‘’ yoga is defined as a Hindu spiritual discipline, a part of which, including simple meditation, breathing exercises and specific body positions, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. I believe that my program contains different positions some that are easy but also some that are hard and that require patience. The positions that I picked will later make a difference to your body and to your health and mind. These are just some of the positive ways that yoga makes you feel later on. At first you will weak and tired but later on you will feel stronger inside but as well as outside and also your brain will feel stronger. Sit/Easy Position- Sukhasana A starting position that helps focus awareness on breathing and the body; helps strengthen lower back and open the groin and hips. Continue this position for a couple of minutes breathing in and out and it also helps you to get in contact with your breath and to relax you.
