This letter is intended to familiarize this student and his or her parent|guardian with the expectations of the English program and this student’s current situation in English. Completion of the Self -Directed English program is contingent upon the completion of the entire program and the provincial or teacher-generated final assessment. There is flexibility in the time period for the completion of this program; however, all components of the program must be completed, and educational outcomes satisfied. The four-day provincial final assessment will be held at Crocus Plains beginning on. By that date, this student must have satisfactorily completed approximately 80% of the course work to be eligible to write the assessment. The students who complete the provincial final assessment will not write a teacher-generated final assessment. The teacher-generated final assessment will begin on , at which time this student must have satisfactorily completed 100% of the course work.
