As a child I was taught by my parents not to do drugs. I was led to believe that if I ever even tried drugs, I would spend my life under a bridge or living in a cardboard box begging for food. As a teenager I watched as my friends got high and soon decided this must not be true. My parents did the best they could, but they had no real knowledge about drugs. I soon discovered the real truth about smoking marijuana. Marijuana cost a lot of money, gives you a very poor attitude, and destroys your memory. During the years that I smoked Marijuana, I spent an enormous amount of money on pot. Just how much I really don't know. I was lucky and made more money than most of my friends. Somewhere along the way I came to believe that it was my responsibility to keep the world high. Sometimes I would go through as much as four to six ounces a week. When I first started to smoke, pot was ten dollars an ounce.
