The Residents of a Resort Town
Mountain towns, especially resort towns, have a very unique quality about them. ... These, mostly men, "bums" usually have a poofy beard and usually drive a truck (semi-rusty), wearing all the resort stickers. ... The funny thing about these resort towns is that girls that live there usually have moved there with a guy. ... These girls feel they rule the town. ... They only reside in the resort town for a small period of time but most are determined to "make the most of it". ... The resort town has a love-hate relationship with the spring breakers, it’s great business but the drunkeness is almost too much to handle. ... Don’t get me wrong it’s great for the economy of the resort town, but again a love-hate relationship.
I loved my time in a resort town; again it is a melting pot of people of all backgrounds. ... I hope now there is a better understanding of the structure of the residents of a resort town.
