There have been many times in my life when I have felt like people are running things for me. People like my friends and family have dictated what I should do many times before, but no one has come close the way my parents have done it. They have made plans for me, they have committed me, and have obligated me to things I did not even know where happening on more than one occasion. This does not happen as much as it used to, but it still is one of the most annoying things I have ever experienced. I like to know what’s going on and what to expect and can’t take it when people make big choices and decisions for me.
