Bending the Truth By Selim Cillov U62-01-2757 I believe every and each of us have a story. A story which summarizes our lives. Just as in short stories, if you can tell your life story well, you might give the impression that you had a good life. On the other hand, if you are a bad story teller, people would think you had a rather unpleasant life. My dad once told me: “A good story teller should know how to bend the truth. He needs to tell real stories but at the same time, he needs to add a new flavor to them. People like real stories but you need some new elements in your story that would attract and interest people. That is the element of exaggeration, or as some people call it, the element of lying. Once you have a balanced combination of both, success will follow.” I honestly think I am a good son. Once you listen to my story, you will understand me better.
