A Homemade Culture As I looked out my window, I saw a beautiful white winter night in my homeland of the United States of America. Looking through the glass, I glanced at the thermometer which was invented in Italy, and realized that the temperature had dropped below zero. I quickly walked over to the heater that was discovered in Northern Europe and turned the thermostat up. Realizing how cold it had become, I ran to my closet and grabbed a thick cotton sweater that was domesticated in India. Walking into the kitchen, I turned on the stove which was invented in northern France and heated up some warm hot chocolate that was discovered by The Olmecs; the oldest civilization of the Americas.
