i want a paper. man i wish i had that paper.Nidhogg Physical characteristics: Nidhogg is a dragon that lives at the bottom of earth's axis. He gnaws perpetually at the deepest root of the World Tree Yggdrasil, were Nidhogg also eats corpses to sustain it. Supposedly he is deep red, and very large, swallowing the entire corpse in one gulp. The Origin of Nidhogg is Norse myth. He existed before time, and will when time stops. He taunts an eagle at the top of the tree Yggdrasil by sending the squirrel Ratatosk up the trunk from deepest earth to heaven; it carried insults to the eagle that sat on the topmost bough. The squirrel then brings back taunts from the eagle. He chews on the deepest root of Yggdrasil. When he succeeds on killing the tree, we will not exist any more. Important to know origin because his story fits with the rest of norse myth. The dragon's main strength is the fact that he cannot be killed. The monsters one weakness is that when he kills the tree we die. I would consider the destruction of our existence a weakness. Brutality: Nidhogg eats corpses to keep himself alive. The corpses are of fallen soldiers, rapists, felons, and the general evildoers would be given to Nidhogg to devour. Not very gruesome, but that's all he did.
