When asked to describe a specific time in which I thought about my options in a situation, I must admit I was feeling a little stumped. In general, I like to believe that most of the time I do think through situations before I act. However, I knew that I was going to have to go a little deeper in my thought processes to try to figure out why I think the way I do. Of course when thinking about the times when you’ve thought about thinking, you start to think that your thinking isn’t making any sense and the thoughts start to run together. I hope that sounded as confusing as I thought it did, because that’s what has been going through my head for the past few days. Yet, after all that thinking, I realized that thought is a very powerful thing. One thought can change a whole situation; it can even make your outlook on life suddenly appear brighter.
