I still remember the very first story we read about the retarded girl who was raped by all the jocks. This story was so disturbing in so many ways I couldn’t even believe half of it. The fact that these sick, sick bastards all ganged up on this poor girl and took sexual advantage of her was horrible. Even worse then the act was the fact that others were there but didn’t stop it or they didn’t say anything to anyone in authority. And the fact that people heard about it all over their school and they still got away. When Chris was calling and harassing the poor girl over the phone and then threaten her so she wouldn’t tell.
