Faith
Faith is the unquestionable belief that does not require proof or evidence. ... Easy, he has faith in American troops and his belief allows him to see the end result. Eric Dickerhoff once said, “Faith is like the wind, you can’t see it but you can feel its presence and believe in it.” Faith is a very strong aspect of anyone’s life, ranging from religious beliefs and supernatural interventions to superstitions, traditions, and even building confidence. Faith is that burning sensation to achieve goals and believe in the unknown. ... Believing is achieving and without having faith, no matter the type, no one can believe or achieve their goals in life.
It may be hard for some people to think that faith is used in everyday activities or in other forms rather than just religious beliefs, but think about the basis of every action or thought. ... The only reason the farmer believes that the crop will receive rain is because he has faith in the current overcast based on previous weather patterns. Another illustration of faith can come through in sports. A Chicago Cubs baseball fan is watching the final game of the series between the Cubs and Marlins and he has faith that the Cubs are going to win. Why does he have faith? ... The Cubs bring in their best closer who has never lost a game coming in to big games with large leads, therefore the Cubs fan has faith that is team will win based on the scenario at hand. Still faith shows itself again in school. After several sleepless nights of studying for a major exam coming up a student can feel confident (have faith) that they will perform their best on the exam because they will show up prepared.
