	The book “Lincoln On Leadership” by Donald T. Phillips (Warner Books 1992) brought to my attention the role that Abraham Lincoln had on preserving the unity of our country that I was previously unaware of. Lincoln accomplished this through his own leadership style, a style that although he used almost 140 years ago, still apply today. The key points of his style of leadership, in my opinion, are honesty, integrity, and trust. ...
