In the Old Testament of the Bible there were four different ways of how women were treated. Firstly they were treated as if they were inferior to men. Secondly they were also treated as property of men. Some women in the Hebrew Scriptures were thought of as temptresses. And finally there were some women of virtue in the Bible.
