Hamilton vs. Jefferson
Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson had both whined and fought over a national bank and the interpretation of the constitution. This split Jefferson and Hamilton into two separate parties, Federalists and Republicans. ... Both Hamilton and Jefferson’s words prove why Federalism might be the best party formed during the development of democracy. The public deserves to hold onto their rights as people and what they believe in, which is a very important subject Hamilton and Jefferson’s eyes. Although Hamilton’s interpretation of the constitution attractive to most, the strict interpretation in Jefferson’s party still had its perks in the government.
In the eighteenth century there was basically more than one reason why Hamilton and Jefferson split up into the two parties as they did. ... Alexander Hamilton the leader of the Federalist Party had many great speeches on how the government treats the people and how they should become involved in its government. Since Hamilton believed in loose construction, he created what is now considered to be a very famous quote telling how he believes loose interpretation betters the people. ... ” Even though Hamilton saw that people had to be wealthy to have their hand in the government but his ideas were very clear and understandable.
