Cardiac Chest Pain Vs. Non-cardiac Chest Pain
Most people that show up in the Emergency Room having chest pain are not really having Cardiac Pains. Their are many different things that can cause someone to have chest pain. People of all ages that have any kind of chest pain feel that they need to go to the Emergency Room. People show up in the Emergency Room with left sided chest pain, right-sided chest pain, left arm pain, or numbness. These are signs of possible Cardiac pain but they are not always related to Cardiac problems. Chest pain can be related to Cardiac pain, Chronic Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Pneumonia or Gastrointestinal problems.
First, things that can cause a person to have chest pains is pain related to the heart.
