Ergonomics
Another important aspect in relation to occupational health and safety is ergonomics. Ergonomics is the way people “interact” with their surroundings, it refers to those interactions which take place with office equipment- for example: a poorly positioned chair results in bad posture (which can then lead to spine and back injuries).
