What is life? ...
As long as people can think for themselves, abortion will be a heavily argued topic. Brian Elroy McKinley states that there are six reasons why abortion is ethical. There are six because abortion is such a questionable topic that there needs to be more than one reason to support his opinion. Each of McKinley’s reason’s separately do not stand a stand a chance against anti-abortionist views, but together they produce a powerful statement that let’s a woman feel comfortable with her decision to have an abortion. ... Woiceshyn states that “it is a woman’s rights- to her life, to her liberty, and to the pursuit of her happiness- that sanctions the right to have an abortion. ... Another contradiction that comes to mind is the way that anti- abortionists use God as an example not to have an abortion. Many anti- abortionists say that having an abortion is going against God and his views to create life when you can.
