Living Through Life
Life is very complex and can often be challenging and difficult. Having a right frame of mind when living through day to day life is a very important skill or ability to have. Personal growth and learning are ways to find out the right frame of mind in order to work through lifefs challenges. Through spirituality, preferably Buddhism, I have learned to live in balance with my emotions and feelings. This balance allows me to live life in happiness, and also to have a positive outlook. ... The Buddha showed his students in practical and understandable way show to use all experiences in life as steps toward enlightenment, giving methods that lead to deep and lasting happiness. ... This also means I have control of what I do and how I live my life. ... Buddhism outlook makes my life more peaceful. This peace I have found within myself has allowed me to view every aspect of life with a positive attitude. Also, Buddhism has helped me ralize and believe that life is what you make of it; if you have a good life, only good can come from it.
Understanding how life works though an inspiration such as spirituality allows me to become more involved and in touch with myself. Because of that, I can understand my life more, which in turn gives me the chance to enjoy all the things around me. I made this realization through an experience in Japan this last spring. ... As the wind moved itself through the branches of the trees in my sight, each blossom moved in unison, almost like a school of fish would swim gracefully through an ocean current. ... I was living.
I had a feeling within me that not only have I completed a life dream, but I am living my dream. I realized how short life was, just liked a cherry blossom, you only have so much time to fly in the breeze. ... From that moment I loved life, and I will continue to do the same. ...
