more importance. In Glaspell’s, “A Jury of Her Peers”, the author examines the

theme of justice by her use of the title, the characters, and the plot. ... In a commentary by Karen Bernardo about the story, she says, “Glaspell’s point in “A Jury of Her Peers” is that women’s worth has been sociologically devalued because men are incapable of understanding the subtlety of women’s communication”. ...
