Vice President Edger, Secretary Plotter, Secretary of State Nadonehard, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Chief Justice, President Bush, President Clinton, reverend clergy, fellow citizens, today was not a win for me, nor was it a loss for my competitors. It was the win of the people of this nation. Today for all Americans, before your eyes, I swore the solemn oath of our forefathers. Today before God we bring together man, woman, and child. The people of all states to witness the bringing in of new governship. With this new governship that I myself take on, I take on the responsibility of this fine nation which our forefathers fought so valiantly to build and to keep. There are so many things wrong in this world today and I am but one person. Yet I plan to try to solve as many problems as I possibly can with my short time as your President. There are several issues that need to be addressed. A few that I believe that need to be covered are different types of funding. Such as the funding for forensic science, education, and our young adults. The reason I have brought up the funding for forensic science is very simple.
