The class the teachers had to take was a good idea, and they need to appreciate taking it. I really like the thought of teachers in a classroom, learning. They would have to come and realize themselves with prejudiced that they may have. Whether it be with race, class, or gender. I hate that some of the teachers didn't want to take this class. They think they aren't prejudiced, but the class just is not for realizing people who are prejudiced, it is also for helping teachers teach different cultures, as well. I can relate to having classes with people with different race, class, gender, and culture. I would like to go over a few encounters that I had with my teachers back in the day. Race wasn't a real big problem with my teachers, I could see now that they might have acted different around a student who was different color skin than the teacher was.
