When asked about how he got the business started Mr. Goldsby said “I moved into the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Incubator after about 2 years or so when we were large enough to justify carrying me as overhead and needing real office space (400 sq ft)”. ... In July 2001 ICS graduated from the Incubator to its new 6000 sq ft office on Carmichael Court in Montgomery and currently employs 48 personnel which should be 50 by the end of October. ... Each member is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and because of the type of work ICS performs for the DOD, each worker is required to maintain a National Security Clearance performed by the United States Defense Security Service.
