It was an ordinary day, the same as any other when the unthinkable happened. Julia Arnold, a misfit teenager growing up in the south side found her true love. She lived a life of brutal pain from not only her peers, but her father as well. Poor Julia had no friends, no one to turn to for advice or help. No one, but someone she head met only on accident. Jacob Kleenie was just an ordinary boy who lived an ordinary life. Unlike Julia, he was actually happy with the life he lived. He was in the semi-popular crowd, but in any case had more than Julia could have ever have hoped to have. One not so special day they both were walking home when they incidentally ran into each other, literally. “Watch it!” Jacob yelled. “Sorry, Julia said in a calm, insecure tone. She kept her head down as she picked up her books off the ground. “Oh my…I’m sorry. Let me help you, Jacob replied, his green eyes glowing. “Nno..that’s alright, Julia said without looking up at him. Her jet-black hair covered her cold blue eyes and her pale face. She quickly scurried up her books and began to run off. “Wait! You forgot your…wallet.” Jacob, being the decent type hoped to find her again to return her wallet to her. Julia seemed so sad….so insecure and Jacob had no idea why. He also couldn’t help, but realized he actually cared. So Jacob headed on his search to find Julia. He never saw her in school, or maybe he had, but didn’t recognize her face. Where could she be?? Suddenly the last bell rang and he walked patiently out of his class and saw a group of people standing in a circle. They were chanting something. “Goolia Julia!! Goolia Julia!!” “Awww did you lose your lunch money Goolie?, someone yelled pushing her. Jacob ran over to the circle and found one of his friends standing and adding to the fire. “Check it out Jay, Tony Fran yelled. This weirdo lost her wallet and she went ballistic.” “I know her…she dropped her wallet yesterday. I have it right here.” He pulled it out of his pocket. Just then Julia looked up to see Jacob waving it around. “Julia I have your…” “DO YOU THINK THIS IS A SICK JOKE?!”, Julia yelled. “Noooo Julia. You dropped it and I was trying to find you to give it back.” Julia laughed.
