Mise-en-scene In Nosferatu
The early 1922 representation of Dracula, Nosferatu, instills the viewer with an unsettling truth. One of the early examples of great German cinema, Nosferatu creates an overall dark tone and ominous mood thats slightly eschew from reality, while maintaining cinematic realism. The film uses our world and utilizes mise-en-scene to capture it in a different and unique way.
