The skills that a primary educator teaches are the most integral pieces in the foundation of education that a child of today needs to become a leader of tomorrow. ... They use these skills on an everyday basis and have been
educated on the education of these skills. ... In most cases, secondary and post-secondary educators have received more years of education than primary educators, but in those years of training, most do not interact with children. Primary educators have been trained to deal with the impressionable yet delicate minds of children and interact with children throughout his or her years of education. The primary educator’s job is the most overlooked but most important job in education.
