The most important component of a house is its foundation and every house large or small needs a solid foundation to build on. ... The importance of a primary education is often overshadowed by secondary and post-secondary education but the primary education is the most important and most influential education that a person will receive. ... A primary educator is responsible for the future educational successes of a student and must instill in a student the desire to learn, must help with the development healthy work habits, and teach the child basic logic and decision-making skills all while maintaining a positive attitude. The skills that a primary educator teaches are the most integral pieces in the foundation of education that a child of today needs to become a leader of tomorrow. ... They use these skills on an everyday basis and have been

In most cases, secondary and post-secondary educators have received more years of education than primary educators, but in those years of training, most do not interact with children. Primary educators have been trained to deal with the impressionable yet delicate minds of children and interact with children throughout his or her years of education.
