ZAP bought out a few companies, that had substitute products such as Eva Systems; they produced a two wheel vehicle designed to tow skaters and skateboarders, in Feb. ... developed a product called sea scooter, which pulled scuba divers and other swimmers through water, in May 2000 they were acquired for 120,000 shares of stocks as with most of the other acquisitions, ZAP acquired all their assets, customer contacts technology, engineers etc.
