Pondering on our existence, God, our connection with that supernatural power and the truth of what humans are, aside lifestyle and appearance, is the beginning of understanding spirituality. But what is spirituality? Before giving the definition of spirituality, it’s necessary to make clear that this subject doesn’t have anything to do with spiritism or black magic, also it doesn’t involve religion but religion involves spirituality, and that spirituality provides a lot of benefits.
