The word Hindu comes from Persia, it means Indian. It started in modern day Pakistan. It has no known founder and it has no creed. There is no false gods and the religion is incomplete. Hindu's gods are impersonal. The Hindu scriptures are known as the Vedas and is written in Sanskrit. There are 7 Vedas, the first one was written in 1500 B.C. and the last one in 300 B.C. The Vedas do not follow each other, in other words they don't say the same thing, in fact they contradict each other, its only 7th Veda that is followed, its known as the Upanishads. The Hindus believe that everything is divine: living or not. They believe that the 'Force" is in the physical universes and party in the nonphysical universes. They also believe that everything in the universes is the force and the force is everything in the physical universes. They don't believe in a Heaven or Hell, but instead they believe in the Brahman (world soul) which can be represented by infinite amount of gods and goddess'. There are three gods and goddess that they specifically worship, they are called the Triad. They are Brahma (the creator god), Vishnu (the prpreserverod), and Shiva (the dedestroyeroddess). To really understand Hindu and Buddhists you must understand that they believe the world goes in a circle...we are created evlevolvedto the most superior being then devdevolvedck to nothing and it starts again.
