We carried out a study assessing level of performance with people involved who normally perform at the same level of skill. We had a sponge ball and instructed that it be thrown at a target against the wall. Through targeting the centre of the circle you received 5 points, the middle centre circle collected three points and the outer circle earned 1 point. At the beginning of the task the person had to complete an 8 metre run. The target was a further 3 metres away. A = Diameter 40cm B = Diameter 90cm C = Diameter 140cm We gave each person three attempts to complete their target. Then we added up all our scores.
