A or E It was the first day of school. I am usually sad around this time of year, but it was different this time. I am a senior. My whole class was thinking about caps and gowns. My English teacher pointed out what was on the bored. In white chalk it said Summer Reading Test, Thursday. The whole class went Ummmmmmmmm! The reason for that is because no one read the small book over the summer. This is common in school everywhere because students fail to prepare for test that they know are coming up. The main reason why students fail to prepare for tent is procrastination. Students do this for one reason perfectionism. It’s the fears of doing less than what is the best can stop the student from even starting the task. Another reason why students procrastinate is a feeling of being inadequate. If the student feels inadequate it can sometimes feel easier to not even put yourself to test rather than see and fail.
